Researchers intending to apply for UHeM resources, need to register on the Project Administration Portal, portal.uhem.itu.edu.tr (For academic projects please use “Registration(Academic)”, for student projects please use “Registration(student)” and for industrial projects please use “Registration (Industrial)”)
A confirmation e-mail is sent by the system automatically to applicant who has completed the registration. Please click the link in the confirmation e-mail for the activation of the user registry. After the activation you can start project application process by user login to your project administration portal.
The application process consists of three stages that includes submission of contact information, project information and required documents.
Applicants should prepare their CV and project application form, which are to be uploaded at the 3rd step, before starting the application process. For sample documents to help preparation of these documents can be downloaded from Project Administration Portal.
